WHATS NEW
---------

IMF026 – General Useability Improvements
Over the past few weeks we have acquired additional test infrastructure, which has enabled us to test Invisible Mouse across a broader range of user environments/setups and configurations.  As a result of this we have identified and addressed various shortcomings in how Invisible Mouse interprets data received from the Leap Motion Controller.  These changes should result in a better overall experience when using Invisible Mouse.

IMF027 - Start Invisible Mouse when Windows starts.
The Invisible Mouse Control Panel now has an option to automatically start Invisible Mouse whenever Windows starts.  If enabled, a shortcut to Invisible Mouse will be placed in the Startup folder in the Start Menu.

WHATS FIXED - ISSUES REPORTED BY LEAP MOTION
--------------------------------------------

ISSUE CERT-8019 - Cursor tracking occassionally stutters or drops out
Please see IMF016 above.  It is hoped that these changes will help address this issue.

ISSUE CERT-8016 - App dependencies need to be checked and installed
Cause:  Not clearly understood.
Fix:  Invisible Mouse no longer has a required dependency on .NET Framework 4.5 or newer.

WHATS FIXED - OTHER ISSUES THAT ARE FIXED IN THIS RELEASE
---------------------------------------------------------

IMF028 - Shortcuts created on the Destop or in the Start Menu don't work.
Shortcuts created using the buttons in Control Panel > Display Settings were not being created correctly and would not work.  This has ben fixed so that shortcuts created work correctly.  Existing shortcuts will need to be re-created.

ISSUES REPORTED BY LEAP MOTION THAT REMAIN UNADDRESSED IN THIS RELEASE
----------------------------------------------------------------------

(none)

OTHER KNOWN ISSUES WITH THIS RELEASE
------------------------------------

IMF009 - You cannot use Invisible Mouse to control the mouse while the Windows Task manager is running and has focus.
This is not a bug.  This comes about because (as we understand things to date) Windows does not permit Invisible Mouse (or other third party apps) to take control of the mouse via API calls while the Task Manager has focus.  Windows does not permit this because to do so would fundamentally compromise the security of the operating system (in that it would serve as an attack vector by which malicious software could take control of the system yet conceal its presence from the user).  We continue to investigate this "corner case" as part of our ongoing efforts to mature Invisible Mouse more generally.
